Summer Garden Season

Earlier this year, I talked about Spring Fever. Well, Spring has come and gone. We have been in full summer mode for a few months with some our hottest summer days this year occurring in June. Don't get me wrong - July was hot, as was August, but Summer is drawing to a close and I can already feel a slight shift in the temperatures. The kudzu is blooming, plus the dogwoods and poplars are beginning to drop leaves. My garden helps me stay connected with nature and the seasons. So, let's look back at some pictures from this year's garden:

Nature can be so fascinating. What have you noticed this year? Do you feel the shift of seasons? How do you stay connected to nature?
